Important Info for unhappy tenants...

My husband and I along with our little baby girl lived there about a year ago. We had some MAJOR problems with the management and they were never helpful. They were always rude and they never cared about any problems with the apartment that you were having. It got so bad and my husband got into so many arguements with the manager that he finally had to go over her head and contact the property (I think it was Sentinel at the time). They handled our problems and were VERY nice and tried to make us happy. They got things done and had repairmen out asap. If you have any problems chances are great that management will not help you and will treat you like crap. Go to the bosses boss. Call Sentinel yourself. Trust me, management DID NOT want to give us the name and number but we finally got it anyway. It was worth it and made our stay better. No thanks to the in house management. She actually called my husband a 'nasty person' for complaining about her customer service and wanting to talk to whoever employs her. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
