Beware of Crime and Leaking Roofs

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
I lived on the third flooor and the cieling leaked during a rain storm and ruined my Sofa and Loveseat. Emery Bay said turn it into my renter's insurance. A a ttorney said it was a maintenance issue because it was just a regular rain storm and not a Tornado. Management never even offered an apology. My F350 Pickup Truck was was burglarized of about 5,000 dollar in sterreo equipment. The gate had been left open for two weeks.
