The new company has come in, and seems to be making a lot of positive changes to the property. My breezeway FINALLY got cleaned, and looks ten times better. I have even seen them working on the perimeter fence on the weekend! I have lived here for 2 years and I'm still happy. My neighbors are friendly and feel safe here. The water is beautiful and this location is so quiet. I think for an apartment, that Emery Bay is a great place to live. I have referred two of my friends here, and both of them have loved it. I am grateful to the staff, for taking so much pride in their community. There are a lot of new faces in the office, but there is one girl who has been here for several years. From my experience, the staff cares about the residents and does whatever they can to help. Thank you, Emery Bay!
