I have nothing bad to say about Emery Bay apartments. The office staff is always nice and are always ready to fix a problem or help out. I have a bay view, which is excellent. I have no problems with bugs or spiders, like many of the reviews here. Parking is never a problem, and the layout is great. I think your getting a great deal by renting from Emery Bay.
