Bad staff service and apartment layout

When I first moved in the service is good. After couple managment and staff changes, it is now terrible. Reported apartment problem it took weeks to get it fix after 4 or 5 follow up. No updates notes or voice mail. I went to the office asking for answers and they delayed to follow up with the maintenance staff. I didn't get to hear from them until I go to the office asking them again. I have asked them to check for mold and water leaking through window prolbem. Guess how that goes. Water pipe was making noise when AC is on. I had to fix that myself. Basketball and sand volley court is by the dumpster. Sprinkler right in front of cover parking. No doubt that I will be moving out as soon as lease is up. Also renewal is $40 increase for 6mo both 12mo lease.
