ive lived in 2 other apartments and never renewed my lease. i was VERY willing to renew my lease this month. i love the location, the people, and the staff. the electric bill is very reasonable. the inside design is very updated and nice. theres no loud music, a lot of parking spots.

a lot of parking spots? i don't think so. if you've ever tried to park past 9-10pm, you'll find it very difficult. everything else is true, though -- the location can't be beat, and the design is extremely nice. a good place to live, but terrible parking.
