It was a nightmare from the start and I should have turned then. First day moved in they really didn't clean it up or paint, appliance was beat up and fridge was rotten from person before me. The apartment smelled for over 2 months until I had to get on them constantly to do something about it, very poor response time. Then started smelling like smoke, my entire closet smelled like smoke, had no idea where it's coming from and was horrilbe. Not to mention they replaced fire alarms inside and left holes in the wall until again i had to constantly call them to come patch it up. There is no parking, you WILL smell the lewisville dump, prepare for shopping traffic, sprinklers that go off every night so your car will never be clean, annoying 3 speed bumps at the gate but no speed bumps inside complex so people almost run you over, lake next to apt is dirty and expect more mosquitos to visit you, lots of birds so again your car will not be clean. If you move here, pay extra and get the garage for peace of mind. You will get what you pay for

Smoky Jerky Apartment. Downstair/Upstair smokes then you get smoked.
