I have lived at emery bay for some time now, and i absolutley love it!
the office staff is wonderfull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have not experienced any of the problems that half these people are talking about.
yes it is close to a dumpsite but you dont smell it all the time, i can honestly say i have noticed it a total of 3 times out of the 2 and a half years i have lived here. yes i am a current resident and i will be renewing my lease when it is up.
