Horrible Place to Live

Since I moved to Emery Bay a year ago...it has bee nothing but trouble. A few months after I lived here, the toilet from the upstairs apartment started leaking into my kitchen. That is very disgusting and not hygienic at all. The apartments took three days to even stop the leak and another two days to come paint over it. Sad part is that apparently the apartment ceiling has been painted over numerous times. I had a mold specialist come take a look at it and there is mold all over the place which is why I see why they had problems leasing this particular apartment. A few months after this, the water heater blew and water was all over the apartment. It took them another two days to fix this. Last month my car got hit twice at the apartments and caused $3150 worth of damage of money that I don't have to spend. One of the apartment leasing agents was so rude to me on the phone and said that this did not concern them. They did nothing about this problem and I have made it a point of making sure everyone at these apartments know about their leasing staff and everyone I know also know that this is not the apartment to spend your money on. There are too many other apartments in Lewisville.

Although I agree the leaking toilet and water heater are the apartment manager's problems, what has someone backing into your car got to do with the leasing office? They don't have any control over that. You really need to stop blaming the wrong people for mishaps. Stick to the toilet and water heater. On those topics, three days to fix the toilet leak and two days to repair the water heater is too long. The car issue is something that has to do with your fellow renters and nothing to do with the office/maintenance people.
