I currently live in building 5. The toughest thing here is parking. If I get home after 9 PM I half to walk to the other end of the complex to park. Staff is nice and the maintence has always been timely. My F-150 was broken into in Feburary along with some other car. It's pretty quiet and I never noticed the dump smell till a couple of weeks ago. (Usually when the dumps are really hot or the wind is still. Most days winds blow west to east. I do not like how they waste water all year long on the lawns, twice a day every day...
** update.. i requested some service 3 WEEKS AGO. I have spoken to the staff each week, nothing is happening.. maybe they figured out who i am lol and saw this post
