You Get What You Pay For

Considering the other Apartment communities that surround the Enclave, you get what you pay for - rent is cheap and so is the level of service and atmosphere. Don't be surprised if your water is turned off several times during the year due to "water line breaks" and since there is no strict parking policy, a lot of tenants have "project cars" parked directly in front of their building with flat tires and in progress paint jobs which don't move for several months. Cable was a serious issue since they did not have a major provider such as Verizon or Charter. So, the two years of cable service was absolutely ridiculous! But, while we were moving out AT&T was moving in as the new provider. If you want some place cheap and want easy access to 35, this is your place.
