They pay for water, but constantly shut it off!

On average, the water gets shut off at least once a month. Last summer it was almost weekly. Only half the time do they give you any notice. When you call the office about it, you get redirected to their answering service. Rather than discount our rent for this MAJOR inconvenience, they always say the problem will be fixed "shortly." Sometimes it's a few minutes, sometimes a few hours. That's a long time to wait when you have to brush your teeth and take a shower before work, and even worse when your family needs to make use of the toilet. I cannot wait until our lease is up.
