I'll start off with saying that I agree with every single negative thing said here, except with the parking being horrible. There are lots of potholes and it looks like poo, yes...but I personally like the lot being all open, and there are lots of spaces available. We do, however have to park pretty far from our door so our cars don't get sprayed with sprinklers every morning. When I was stocking my cabinets upon moving in, one of the shelves broke into bits, cause it's particle board that evidently had broken before and how did they repair it' Masking tape disguised with brown paint to make it look like all the other shelves. The cabinets were gross and we had to disinfect them before we put our dishes in. The dishwasher sucks. We basically wash our dishes and the dishwasher rinses them for us, and leaves spots no matter WHAT you use for detergent.

They better be glad we don't pay for water as much as it gets shut off, and at the most inconvienient times. It got shut off this week at 9:30 am and was turned back on; about 5 hrs later we could use the restroom again. Then our weather stripping came off the door (which doesnt do much good in the first place because you can still see outside with the door closed even with it on). They usually come the next day, but they replaced the stripping that was still on and left what was missing at the bottom missing still. My husband went up to the office to tell them and the manager of the complex let what he said go through one ear and out the other, she was busy on her computer. I must say, the girl that did our lease and showed us around is as nice as she can be. She is great, great, great and should be the manager. Still a big gap under the door letting little friends in. That's another problem, the ants. They haven't gotten to it because of a bunch of AC's breaking down. That's good for august.

Another problem: the lovely aroma of marijuana filling the air. If you are looking for a hook-up or a market to sell, this is the place to be.

Someone that lived here before us told me about spaghetti coming through his washer/dryer connections from the apartment upstairs. I wish I would have thought more about that. Sure, its cheap rent, but it ain't cheap enough...how much longer is our lease''' dang. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
