I have had a great experience since moving in Dec. 04. Clean grounds, parking ok, price good and water is paid for.Never had problems that did not get taken care of within 24 hours.They even notified me at work when my neighbors left their washing flood my home. By the time I got home all was taken care of by the staff. Even the manager rolled up her pants and helped sweep out the water.I had new carpet within 2 days and none of my personal stuff was runined.Even had new tile floor.Thanks for being there. Got to move on to new house or I would stay.
