All others who complain move on and stop being bitter... I think this place is awesome and the office staff is equally awesome! You get free water, sewer, trash and gas.. Which means unlimited everything... I think it's an awesome deal for what I'm paying rent. Anytime I had any problems they fixed it same day if not next. I'm glad to be living here and honestly unless something changes I won't be leaving maybe just going to another sized apartment. So what if the community is a little old they take better care of it than do some of these new places around the area.
