I've lived in apartments, condominium communities, and rental houses and have found that service is everything!
The leasing people are very informed the assistant manager and manager are helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly and gets things done. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. So far the things they've offered for the resident activities have been fun. The people living here seem pretty nice. I like that it's real laid back, and that it's brand new.
