Pros:
Great floor plans, clean and well maintained complex, plenty of lawn between parking and the building which cuts down on noise and is much more pleasant than other places. Great location. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good laundry facility. Car wash on site.
Cons:
Only 1 dumpster on the property (but its always clean and never full). Getting in and out of the property with traffic can be a challenge. Water pressure is not the best but has improved. TV/Satelite/internet service is a monopoply in the worst of ways.
