Bad apartment experience

My fiancee had convinced me to move in to this complex. When we toured the property, we were promised so many things, but most of them were untrue. Our unit is falling apart, and the toilets don't flush. Worst office staff ever! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! Property manager is arrogant, clueless and rude. STAY AWAY!
