I want to first say when I was a tenant I was never later on my rent nor left trash in the breezeway. I followed all the rules but was treated badly. I sincerely feel that the staff for the most part was quite unfriendly and overly strict on everything. And if you tried to contact the (properties main office out of state) forget it they don't even care. The courtesy officer was not hardly ever on duty when we would call. The maintenance team was very very crappy as well. If something broke they would replace it with a cheap ugly fixture. The trash seemed to pile up often which was an eye sore for such a so-called upscale complex. When you first move in bring your own light fixtures because they don't provide it and you have change your own smoke detector batteries every month. My particular unit began falling apart one thing after another and if you are not careful, management might try to pin it on you, if you don't stand up for yourself and prove the construction of the property was faulty. Also if you decided to move in still, keep your top lock on because they will enter your apartment whenever they feel without letting you know they are going to come in YOUR HOME. I just wanted to share my unpleasant experience as a tenant at Estancia. I also want to say that when you first take a tour beware! Nothing really works such as the so called car wash for one. I know the pool looks refreshing but your not the only person or thing that may be enjoying the water HINT: (Near by ducks have a reunion ever week and leave their droppings. I have lived in several places and never have I ever been treated so bad. DON"T COME PLEASE P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

If you are going to slam the complex, at least tell the truth.

They do have a large lobby and offices down the hallway. If you sit quietly to yourself on one of the half dozen couches they might not catch you. We were helped quickly and friendly and shown two different places. While we were there we saw people using the car wash and the pool, so they appear to work...

If you read closely.....I went to get help(in the offices down the hallway) and they just ignored me and I had an appointment. Like I stated, a leasing agent did walk in lobby where I was and just looked without saying anything. I am just calling it the way I saw it. Yes you may have been helped but, they chose not to help me.

First of all, nobody has ever entered my apartment without first notifying me in the more than 3 years I've been here. I've never had to change my own smoke detector batteries, as they do this for you every year. They offered to put in light fixtures when I moved into the apartment. I've rarely seen the pool closed, and I don't really see what they can do about the ducks. I do agree they would do well to schedule an additional pickup from the dumpsters. The one time I had to make use of the courtesy officer, regarding domestic violence problems with a downstairs neighbor, he and the office staff were prompt and efficient.
