I've lived at Estancia for 3 1/2 years, since it was built. The only problem I had was with an appliance when I first moved in. They fixed it with no problem when asked. It's a quiet community and I've enjoyed my stay. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, I've never had a parking problem, I've made use of the business center, fitness room and media room. Other than an occasional shortage of paper in the copy machine, everything works as it should. I'd continue my stay, but I'm getting married. Yes, they only have SBC, but you know that going in. If you still decide to stay, don't complain about it.
