We have lived here since 2006 and are more than ready to get out. As soon as we saw the $99 move in special sign come up, that was it. You want to attract anyone with $99.00 to move in here, that's certainly their business, but to the residents that have to live here with those people it's another story. The pool area is always dirty and trashy looking, we tried to use the pool one evening last week and came across a pair of mens underwear laying beside the steps to the pool, how disgusting is that' You think you are bringing QUALITY people in here with the 99 offer' NOPE. For the most part we love the apartment, it's just once you step outside you have to work your way around the toys, dog poop, rat droppings and trash that are always in our breezeway and walkway, we still haven't figured out who is letting their dog poop on the walkway and not picking it up. We can't do anything about who they let move in here but they sure could do something about dog weight/size restrictions. It has turned out to be a disappointment and we can't wait to leave. If you are thinking of coming here, don't do it.

I agree this place has been nothing but a let down! the only good thing is the maintenance...the people are trashy now the 99 dollar move in is attracting less than great people
