We have been living here almost a year and are definitely ready to move. There is nothing spectacular about the place, but if you love having HUGE spiders and dog poop everywhere, then this is the place for you. Hardly anyone cleans up after their dogs-there really should be a weight restriction. The bugs are the worst I have ever seen and I have lived in 3 other apartments in Lewisville. We have seen dead rats outside and other large critters!!! The staff is okay, Nathan and Claudia are the only nice ones and that actually give you time. The gates are always open, our refrigerator is always broken and our car has been broken into. So good luck! =) lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I have lived here for about two years. I am on the second floor, and have very little bug problems. They have extermination services come by weekly if you request them. I don't know how you can blame dog poop on the complex, but it is around in some areas. Maintenance responses are very quick. The entry gates have had many issues lately, but really I don't see gated communities as very effective anyway. Many cars in Lewisville are broken into, this complex is no less safe than anywhere else here. The staff is fine. Overall it is above average from the places I have lived in Lewisville and Denton.
