My Fiance and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago, and so far have had nothing but great experiences. I read all of the reviews before signing my lease, and was therefor somewhat frightened. We decided to take a gamble since this was the area and price range that we wanted. I am happy to report that I have not seen any spiders, or had any problems with garbage or rude staff members. There is some dog poo, but if you live in a pet friendly complex, there will be poop. I feel that a lot of the complaints listed on this website are standard side effects of apartment living. Anytime that you live in a close proximity to 600 other people, you have to deal with them and all of their issues. Unfortunately it is illegal for apartment complexes to screen people for having good manners before letting them move in.
When we moved in, I dealt a lot with several members of the management team. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. I could tell that they were really busy, but still took really good care of us. Our apartment was beautiful and clean when we arrived with our truck. Everything went good. After a few days we called in a couple of minor maintence issues (light bulb, toilet running) and they were completed the next day. They emailed me to let me know when the issues had been resolved. I even think that the grounds are kept up very well. I don't see very much trash, and when I do they will come by and pick it up daily.
Overall, I really like it here and will recommend it to all of my friends and family.
