I?m not racist, but there are too many illegal hispanic people living here. Used to be alright to live here, now they don?t care who moves in, or how many move in so long as some one pays the rent which is too high for this property. No side walks, small laundry facility, dirty pool, mailboxes and cars broken into. Grounds need to be relandscaped, poorly lit, hard to find a place to park most of the time. If the management would act like they know what they are doing it would help tremendously, I think they?re just inexperianced. However we go through constent management changes. Maintenance guy is great though, he?s quick and does a good job and has been here a while. Overall I would recommend you look elsewhere before moving here unless your illegal, going to have more than 8 people living with you and do not need a place for your children to play or walk, maybe you want your mailbox broken into, your car for that matter, maybe you like the unsupervised children scratching up the new car you drive and work so hard to pay for, or maybe you like the great wall of China style, keep you in, barbed wire, prison looking fence if so then it?s for you.
