my apt itself is pretty nice besides from the fact that the walls are paper thin. you can hear almost anything and i live on the 3rd floor. i can hear my neighbors and the people below me. i could live with that if the apts had a better mgmt staff.

mgmt staff here is terrible. since i've lived here, i think they have changed staffs 4-5 times. it seems like everytime i go in the office, i don't recognize any of the faces. they are unorganized. many times when i have requested things to get done, i have to call them back b/c they never came to do it.

the maintenance staff is also terrible. they do not seem like the are very skilled at their job. i had a leak in the pipes in the kitchen, they had to come back 2-3 times to fix. then they had to fix the hole they put in the wall and when they went to repaint they used a spray gun and ended up spraying some of my personal items and left it that way. i had to call to complain for them to clean off the paint. lucky for them the paint came off and they didn't permantly ruin anything. another time, they came to clean the kitchen light fixture and i came home to find my dish sponge sitting on the counter w/ all of the dead bugs on it.

Also on trash days, you can leave your trash at the curb and the maintenance staff gathers it all and takes it to the dumpster. sometimes the trash sits out on the curbs till late afternoon. trash day is mon, wed, fri and it just looks terrible to see all the trash on the curbs.
