We LOVE our apartment! However, the office staff is another story.



The few times that either my husband or myself have gone to the office for something we have felt like we were intruding or that we were not welcome there. You feel like you are getting the "cold shoulder". We are used to living in apartments where the office staff is VERY friendly and helpful, so that came as a shock.



When we first moved in there were quite a few things that were not ready in our apartment. I had told two people in the office two seperate times about the things that needs to be done before we moved in. They had to come the day after we moved in the do them. I then had to call and speak to the manager, (who was not as friendly as I had hoped she would be), and inform her that they still hadn?t completed the items in our apartment. No one has apoligized or tried to sound helpful in any way. They seem to find someone else to blame. Maybe we are just sensitive because we are so used to good customer service from our apartment complexes, but I would love to feel the same way about the office staff as I do about our apartment.



As for the grounds and the buildings, we are ususally just coming and going from our own, but there has been a light fixture coming out of the ceiling in the hallway since we moved in and no one has attempted to fix it. Also, the elevator was so dirty for 2 weeks that I was almost too grossed out to ride in it. It looked like someone spit all over the inside of the door. I would think that someone from the staff would have ridden in the elevator and noticed it in 2 weeks time, but maybe not. I would love to give them the bennefit of the doubt, but they just don?t seem too motivated.



I just want to point out once again though, that we LOVE our apartment and I am sure that everyone has a bad day. Maybe something is going on that I don?t know about. I am going to look on the bright side. Yes, I would recommend Hidden Creek to a friend, but I would warn them not to expect too much from the staff. They will love the apartments though!
