I will agree that in the past, I feel that the management has been uninterested and slow to act on problems. It seems, though, that the recent changes are for the better. They hired a new girl who is delightful, yet won't take any flack. She is happy to get to know you and help with your problems. That is what you need! I don't know her name, but she is the blonde girl with an foreign accent. Maybe they should keep hiring from her country. If this new attitude is indicative of the direction of this complex, I would finally recommend this complex to friends.
