People get emotional when they feel they've been slighted, which I understand. But this apartment complex is FAR from all-bad.

First of all, the management is fine to deal with if you're not looking to make best friends with them. They've been nothing but helpful to me in the six months I've lived here.

Second of all, if you pay your rent late, even by 45 minutes, you deserve a late fee. I incurred one and after discussing the matter with the apartment manager, the amount was credited to my next month's rent.

Third, a trash room is going to smell bad! There's trash in there!

Fourth, the only gym equipment that's broken is a cross-country ski machine and one treadmill. There is another working treadmill and all the weight-lifting equipment works. It's the biggest weight room and most well-stocked that I've ever seen.

The only complaint I've had in my time here is the noise. The walls are paper-thin, moreso than normal apartments, as are the ceilings/floors.

It seems the people who complain about the management have been obsessing a little too much over the situation. The management is only one small part of the whole experience of living in an apartment, and if you read the reviews on this Web site, you'd think EVERY complex has bad management... because only the dissatisfied speak up!

Don't look this complex over just because the loud minority says so.

Funny how they appear to be selective about who they charge their late fees to. Case in point: I was one day late paying my rent and was charged $107 late fee!
