This apartment complex is very nice inside and out, but the staff is another story. Last summer my air conditioning went out and because the maintenance guy was on vacation I had to wait a day and a half to get it fixed. It was cooler outside than it was in my appartment. They could not get the emergency maintenance guy they just waited till the next day. They do not know how to do the bookeeping. There were two incidence where I was accused of not paying rent to my face. I had to show them my bank account statment in order for them to believe me. My washer was contantly going out and to top it off I just got my move out detail back, and I was told that the apartment had to be just the way I found it. There could not be a speck of dirt any where or I was charged. I was charged to clean the refrigerator and then charged again for cleaning and refreshing. When I called one of the staff members basically said tough luck nothing was going to change because she walked the apartment and that is the way it was going to be.
