Hidden Creek has fabulous apartment floor plans. I don?t know of any apartment where maintenance and management are perfect. You have to be reasonable and decide what your priorities are going to include. I looked at 10-12 different apartments before choosing Hidden Creek. The staff workers have been very helpful. This place offers a lot of things that other places do not...like attached garages, and detached garages, trash pick up and relatively tenative staff and beautiful grounds and great location. There are always going to be maintenance problems...things are destined to break...they don?t last forever. It sounds like one should steer clear of the the main apt. bldg. for living. The other apt bldgs seem to be just fine. However, let us be realistic in criticizing staff. Look at what these people are up against everyday and what they make in return for putting up with grumpy, unhappy people or atleast a never ending to do list of problems. I think that the staff is at best attentive and at worst, overworked and underpaid. As for the maintenance staff, look at whom you are dealing with...and if you are that picky about the way in which repairs are made, stand there with the fix it guy and make sure you like what you see. Have some mercy on people. You get a lot farther with people at any apartment when you are sweet to them. So all of you looking for an apartment, check out Hidden Creek and wear you smile when you come. I think they will be wearing theirs also.
