3 Weeks without Heat, Poor Management, Car Broken Into

My roomate and I lived there and ran into many problems. First of all, her car was broken into in the parking lot. The gates are ALWAYS broken, so non-residents come and go as they please. Secondly, we had problems with our AC and our heat. We would turn in requests, and would not get service for weeks. Once someone finally came and "fixed it", the AC was still broken. In the winter, we waited for 3 WEEKS to get the heater fixed. I turned in the request, and after 1 week without anyone servicing the unit, I went to the office to check on the status, and the office girl I had talked to had not even turned in our request. Last thing is the smell. There was a stale smoke smell that came through our vents and into our apartment. I just got out my winter sweaters, and they still have the smell. I'm taking them all to the cleaners.
