Then you should live at Hidden Creek Apartments! I moved into what I thought was a wonderful apartment complex only to find poor grounds keeping and horrible customer service. I cannot understand why the residents who have animals think that it is perfectly ok to let their dogs poop everywhere. The Hidden Creek staff "claims" that they are very strict about imposing fines on the residents who do not pick up after their muts. I have complained every month since August 2004...my first month at Hidden Creek, and I have yet to see anything happen to these poop "offenders". To make matters worse, when the grounds keeping crew mows the grass, they mow right over the poop...GROSS! Feces spreads germs and bacteria...!

Trash is another big issue. The complex offers curb side trash pickup which some of the residents do not seem to understand. Two of my neighbors like to leave their trash right in front of their doors! This will go on for days...even after residents, including myself, have complained to the office staff. Everytime I call, I get the usual, "We will send a letter out." How about charging them $25.00 a bag like it says in the contracts we sign when we move in!

In addition, I have submitted 5 work orders that were never responded too. I finally gave up, took pictures of the items that need repair, and keep them on file until I move out this summer. This way I will have proof of damaged items that are not my fault.

Finally, the staff is rude. I have never lived in a complex where I have encountered nothing but the best from the leasing staff and manager. They seemed to ignore resident complaints and get upset if you bug them constantly to do their jobs!

My lease is up in July. I found a wonderful complex that will cater to my needs, is strict on resident policy, and doesn't allow dog feces to pant the grass brown!

Yuck Hidden Creek...yuck!
