I moved in in 2003. The apartments were beautiful, the grounds were kept and I felt very safe. Move-in day was a nightmare because I had to wait with a moving truck for 5 hours while they put in new carpet that was supposed to be done BEFORE my move in date. I had a 6 month lease and towards the end of my lease my 5 and 1/2 month old baby passed away and I moved out because I was going to live with friends for support. I wasn't giving a 30 day notice and was too distraught to even deal with all the details of moving. My mother talked to the manager, I believe it was Linda, to explain the situation and Linda had NO sympathy!!!! She told my mother that in spite of what happened, I was still breaking the lease and they were going to need a reletting fee!!!!!!!!!!!! The only bright spot in the office was Amber who was always very sweet and helpful. Hopefully, they have gotten a new manager and if not then hopefully the old one has somehow found a heart!!!

I am Linda, the previous manager. I never spoke to anyones Mother about getting out of a lease and especially under those circumstances. I question the fact that I have been gone from Hidden Creek for almost a year and this person is just now bringing this up.....hmmmm. Could be two sides to this one!

Its probably been to long for you to remember this, so I wouldnt say that, on teh other hand I would have brought this up with the corporate office until I got an answer if I were him.
