My floor plan is great, many windows and great amenities. I could care less about the management, I only go up there pay my rent. The biggest problem is the noise. They have 24 unites using 2 stairways in each building. And if your apt. backs-up to a stairway you can hear and feel every movement or smallest sound. Also, the noise from the units above and bellow is unbearable most of the time, when the people above me walk around it feels like an earthquake! For the reason of the noise I would not live here again, who cares about a nice floor plan and amenities if you can?t even sleep!
