My husband and I moved in a month ago and we have been very happy here. We love our open floor plan with TONS of windows. However, we still have not received gate cards to get into the front gates. This is very annoying. Our rent is incredible. We have a very good deal. Our friends have moved into the complex too, because of the great prices and nice floor plans. So many of the comments on this site say that the complex is noisy. I have lived in 3 other complexes in Lewisville and this is by far the quietest. However, our friends that live in the complex have people living above them and they are constantly complaining about the noise. I must agree with them, the people above them make a lot of noise walking around. It sounds like a heard of cows. The parking next to our building is great. The office staff is not concerned about the residents. They were rude from day one! Lots of surprises when we moved in...like the apartment wasn't even ready yet. I have found that people who work in apartment offices are normally very rude. It is no different here. However, I only see them when I turn in my rent. Other than that...I stay away!! I don't much care for there trash pick up service. Where we use to live you had to have your trash out by 9 am and it was picked up by 10am...ALL THE TIME. Hidden Creek is still picking up trash at 3 and 4 pm...and the last complex we lived at was much larger than this one. Like I said earlier, parking is good where we live, however, it is very dark at night. Other than a few complaints, I think this place is great. Hopefully, I will stay happy while I live here.
