I have lived here for a few months and made a mistake that I did not thoroughly reveiw the lease they gave me to execute. This lease form is not the "industry standard" type lease form. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, with no 3 or 4 day grace period, like most other apartment leases. If you don't pay on the first, you are getting calls immediately with the threat of a late fee being charged against you. Also, they want a 60 day notice of intent to vacate, not 30 days like other apartments. There was confusion on the amount of rent I was paying, with letters stating a different amount than that of my lease form. Parking here stinks, the apartments are noisy. If you try to pay them the rent online, they want to charge you a $10 fee. These people are ruthless!

Ruthless because they want their rent paid on time and need 60 days notice? I have lived in 4 different apartments in the area and have always had to give 60 days notice and let's face it... if you can't pay your rent on the 1st you probably won't be able to pay it 2 days later anyways so the grace period really shouldn't matter.
