-No grace period on rent
-took them 7 days to respond to a disposal resent problem! smelly in my kitchen for 4 days; kept calling and leaving messages
-washing machine ripped up my expensive sheets and towels; they won't replace them! royal velvet towels! ripped up. washing machine need oiling; noisy
-dryer squeeked
-microwave didn't work when i moved in
-frige makes weird noices
-very little water pressure in showers; won't do anything about that
-2 bedroom NEVER home; maybe 10 hours sunday-thur; friday-sat 3 hours home; maybe: electric bill over $200 per month! I use all of the energy saving light bulbs, and unplug all my lamps, comuter, and tv every day! This winter I kept the heat off! and used blankets!!! Still $200 electric bill. Lived in downtown dallas for 3 years and electric bill was almost always right at $100 per month and sometimes lower. High electric bill! I live on the 3rd floor.
-my downstairs neighbors have always said that I am noisy! My washer and dryer can be heard by them when I do all my laundry on Sunday! I can hear my neighbors talking! Not noisy to me. I can sleep through anything, and I like the living on the third floor. Good exercise walking up the stairs.

- I always find a parking space. Not a problem where I live close to the pool.

-Pool nice; but they don't keep the water very clean! Last summer pool water was gross many times! and they don't keep up with keeping the pool water clear! The hot tub was broke many times in 2007!
-gym needs better treadmill! Wish they would replace it with a better one, with all the rent increases and high rent.
-2004 I paid $525.00 for a 1 bedroom and now my 2 bedroom in 2008 is going up to $950 per month! stupid!
-I HATE carpet in the bathroom. I asked them if I could tile and pay for it and they said no way; even though there is tile in the front bathroom! So stupid!
I love my porch!
I love my location facing the woods!
I love my floor plan; simple
my kitchen is small, but I don't really care about that too much.
I love all the closet space
the rooms are nice size. descent.
landscape nice
nice planned activities that I don't attend
nice big screen tv in club house if you like that
pooltable room to rent out is nice if you like that
also, they have rentals for out of town guests and that is really a nice feature for out of town guest who don't have to stay in a hotel!
