I live in the studio apartment above the clubhouse in the main building and I absolutely ADORE my apartment and the building. My apartment is 556 square feet, and just the perfect size for a single girl. The appliances are newer, cabnets are beautiful, and countertops so much better looking than white laminate.
I have a bit of princess syndrome and the staff have been able to accommodate all of my demands. Anytime I've seen bugs (one or two) they have had someone out there ASAP. Once, the exterminator forgot me, they had him come back a day later to do just my place. Anytime I've ever had a maintenance issue the guys are there usually within 20 minutes, and the longest I had to wait was one day. My heater went out at 3 am, they showed up in 30 minutes to fix it in the middle of the holiday season.
My water bill has never been more than $19.00, and thats when I had guests all holiday season long, and electricity has yet to break $50 for me, more typically around $35.
I have a very friendly relationship with the front office staff, and they really try to go above and beyond for me. I absolutely love living here and it definitely feels like home.

There are no studio apartments at Hidden Creek. They're all 1 bedroom or more.

There is ONE studio apartment, apartment 160 on the 3rd floor above the clubhouse. I lucked out an got the ONLY one and I love it. Its the apartment with the long balcony over looking the fountains and the pool. I love it here, I'm not management. I'd absolutely vouch for these apartments any day of the week, come knock on my door.
