cable tv/ high speed internet service sucks and limited options available
yes the gates are always inoperable (so what)
yes doggie bombs can be bad (stay on sidewalk)
evety time the wind blows you lose satellite reception
Yes the office is not lenient on late pay rent ( just following lease agreement)
BROADBAND DBR SUCKS(they are now gone thank god)
Positives
The landscaping is very well kept
The maint. guys are very nice and accommodating
The mgt office (i.e. Cindy, Phillana are top notch and seem to really care)
The mgt team is always quick tpo respond ( sometime the voicemail is a pain )
Mgt. offer several idol parties ,easter event ,etc. during the week usually offering free food
I have lived here more than 5 yrs and thats my EXPERT opinion
