We relocated into the area from another state and were in a bit of a hurry to find a place. These apartments seemed like they would be okay and with the amount we were paying in rent, I thought they would be acceptable. We have paid for that mistake for the last 12 months. It took several months and many phone calls and office visits to get ANYthing repaired. So, we only bother with the big stuff -- the broken window when we moved in, broken AC, light that stayed on continously and live with the smaller stuff -- ripped up bathroom floor when we moved in, 2 burners on the stove that don't work, slow draining sink, and avoid the dangerous things -- balcony that is cracked and about to fall, ceiling fan about to fall from ceiling. I had to rip up the tile in the laundry closet, repaint and re-tile. After we were here for 2 1/2 mos it was obvious they were not. When we moved in, it was covered in dog feces. My daughter would gag whenever we opened the door. And like the others have said, management turn-over is atrocious! On the community level, there were several (5 ) times the garbage was allowed to back-up and overflow from the dumpster and take up two parking spaces.
