The comments here as of 01-31-05 are true at a fact. This property HAS been very missed managed as well as unqualified maintenance. My name is Charles and I took this property over on the 31st of Jan 2005. I have been told that this property has had over 40 managers over the past 12 years and that I will not be here any longer that a couple of months. But... I plan to stay! In the past month that I have been the property manager of Hunting Circle. I have accomplished more issues than have been addressed, I'm sure, over several years. I have also been told that my new staff has provided the best service that they have received in over 2 years. I hope that you will give us the opportunity to work for you and provide you with an apartment home and make a stay for your very pleasing and enjoyable here at Huntington Circle. Just to make sure that I am not a statistic, please phone us any time and make sure that my efforts are still in progress because your future residency is very important to me and I run a very office and have an extremely good report with all my residents.
