I started getting sick because of black mold and when I told them they didn't care. Then I paid to get it tested and when it came back took the results and they had to let me out of my lease because of the contract. Then they tried to get me to sign something saying that they would not be held responsible for any long term damage due to being exposed to black mold for so long. To top it off while I was moving to a new apartment they came into my apartment while I was gone and STOLE several items from my apartment. I filed a police report. It was a nightmare!!!
