This place is the worst place in Lewisville to live. Trash is not collected on a regular basis because MBS Property Mngmt does not pay their bills. They DO NOT repair anything. The only repairs done lately have come out of the pockets of the maint staff himself. He paid to get the boiler fixed last time. The apts are old and run down. Many empty that cannot be rented as they have stripped them for parts. Bad roofs, patios, etc.
