I lived there for 6 months. I begin to complain in May that my A/C was not working several times. I continued to complain thoughout the summer and it never got even close to cool. My electric bills were almost 400 dollars every month even though I kept the A/C off cause it didn't work. There was a broken window in my apartment the entire time I lived there. One of the burners on my stove didnt work. There were areas of mold and water damage that were never attended to. I went to work one morning and noticed two vagrants sleeping in a unit downstairs(they never locked unoccupied units. In another vacant unit a lady was placing homeless cats there to be stored. Teenagers from the neighboring complex used vacant units for make-out sessions. The beams that held the stairs were almost completely rotted away. The porches upstairs were warped and caving in. I was told by a food delivery service that they would not deliver there due to the conditions and the drivers felt unsafe. Management really didnt get things fixed, after continuous complaints and threats to call the BBB, I was compensated for small amounts of rent here and there. I moved because it was just generally unsafe. These are all true accounts of my experience there and have numerous photos of the conditions to prove so. I wouldn't recommend this place!!!

You are so RIGHT. I lived there 13 years and finally left last year because it was unsafe.

hell yea i moved three months before my lease was up, cuz my ac didn't work, water never worked, nothing worked, and now they want their damn money.
