All I got to say is 'sex offender'.He is registered there and is still living on-site.
The new manager broke all of MBS, Fair Housing and TAA guidelines. Since she is allowing one then all have the same rights, or it becomes a discrimination issue. You can't break the rules for just one. So all of you felons and law breakers have all the right to apply here and if Sheree the manager denies you, then call fair housing.
You can't pick and choose who you want to live there on property. Some say corporate was called and we all got a notice a month ago about the 'offender' will be removed within 3-days, but guess what, I see he everyday still living here. All I can say is that if you are black then you have it made. The new manger is, if you get my hint. Oh, did I mention that the 'offender' is too. Oppps, do you see what I see!!!

This is Sheree the manager here at Huntington Circle. This is in response to this "Sex Offender" First of all I have been working with Lewisville police department on this issue which I was told by officer David Henley that by law I had to give a written notice to ALL residents stating that we have a Sex Offender living here, which by the way was living here before I came, and according to Officer Henley he had told previous management that he was living here and that they need to notify the residents and take the necessary steps to get him get him out! Which by the way since I did take the necessary steps with the help of Officer Hensley he will by law be out on March 31, 2006. To say that it is racial is simply not true, I never have been racist in this Profession you can't be because you deal with all different types of nationalities. For you to insinuate that I am shows that you are. Since I do see that there is a lot of attention on Huntington Circle, has any one paid any attention to changes that has been going on since I been here, like the steps leading to your apartment being fixed, patios and balaconies being fixed starting April 1, 2006 and a lot of the code issues bing addressed, the property has recieved a brand new boiler system to provide adequate hot water, some of you are experincing leaks that too is in the process of being repaired I'm just waiting on the roofer to put Huntington Circle on their schedule. I was informed that you as the residents have not used the pool in 3 years which I got the pool up and operational, it will be operational Memorial Day I'm also in the process of trying have a pool party for that day as well with a DJ, food and a Bounce house for the kids. I really do feel that the residents have been through a lot here at Huntington Circle, I'm here trying to make a difference here which I do think I have made some improvemets since I have been here, and will continue to do so. As far as breaking MBS, TAA, Fair Housing Rules, there were no rules broken and How do you think Fair Housing Rules was broken? Fair Housing deals with discrimination, so how was there any discrimination being done? If you ever been in this business you would know the difference or if you have you should have known the difference.

Sorry Sheree..........I lived at Huntington Circle from 93 through 05. The place used to be a great place but when I left it was a dive....ghetto....slumhouse...whatever you want to call it. As long as MBS is still managing it - the place will always be a dump. They never cared and never will. The sex offender (don't know if it is the same one) but there was one living there when I vacated last June.....You guys must be on one of their web pages so they know where to go. P.S. Anyone can see the sex offenders in your area on line and also the Police Department is suppossed to send a post card informing people within 2 miles that one has moved into the area. Have you looked at your residents that live there now? They are slobs and only live there because no one in management or at MBS cares who you guys lease to. Record or not...money or not. It's a body and that is all that matters to you guys. An X (13 year) Resident and glad of it. P.S. Charles - mgr when I left claim he was gonna turn the place around....I've been by there...nothing has changed!

Sheree...You have not done a thing. Don't try to take credit for sometghing you have not done. I give my thanks to the city not you. If it wasn't for the city writing Mr.Smuck tickets, then things would not get done. You only know half of what has been going on. The prev manger got the city involved and showed them what was up, not you. She held a tenants metting with a Dallas lawyer their in the office and got a lot of people involved, even the city attorney. All you have done is sit on your @$$....I give thanks to Tim, not you. His busts his @$$ while you sit on yours. The steps, not you, boiler, not you, balconies, not you, roofs, not you, pool, not you. Nice try though. You would try to take credit for something like that. Don't try to be this 'hero' for us. As for you know we been through a lot, you don't know crap. THANK YOU CITY OF LEWISVILLE AND TIM!! As of today, 6/13, the registered sex offender is still registered at this address. I contacted the office to make them aware, and they said that they knew. I used to work in the apartment industry, and every application I have ever seen asks questions about criminal history. Certain kinds of crimes are not allowed (always sex offenders). It also specifically says that if you lie on the application, they can evict you. I see that an earlier posting from the manager states that the sex offender will be out by March 31st, but it's June 13th and the office acknowledges that the sex offender still lives there.

i lived here and it was so bad, the pool never worked and it was supposed to be up memorial day??? i moved out in 08 and it was never working.
