You are so right. I have a friend who I visited there the on 03/28/06 and it was just as bad as it was six months ago when I lived there. She actually lives in my old apartment and can you imagine the A/C still doesnt work. I highly doubt I will be attending the Memorial Day "pool party" with my friends who live there.
