I would list what went wrong, but the list of what was ok is shorter. No a/c, no heat, mold, pests, weird neighbors, trash overflow, poor management, broken windows, unruly children breaking things, generally an unsafe environment. I had children egging my car most everyday. I also saw people using vacant apartments to have sex in. The pool was never functioning(I was told for the whole season the part was ordered). The a/c situation was so bad, I saw one neighbor with a window unit in their apartment. So another manager claims they are going to clean this place up. Well if only MBS management cared. Then if they cared, if only the other residents cared, and if the residents cared, then would the residents in the neighboring complex care. Management doesn't try to solve the problems, many of the residents are content because they can do what they want. Even if the apartments were fixed, the low class people in the complex next to Huntington Circle will just destroy any progress. Save your time and money and just demolish this place.
