Whatever you do, even if you are desperate like I was, I cannot stress enough DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!! I dont know where to begin. the apartments are trashy. They painted the outside of the apartments to give it "a better appeal" but as soon as you step inside you will see what i mean. I was not able to view my apartment before we moved in and I wish I had been given a chance but I was rushing.
First of all there were bugs from about day 3. the floor and walls were stained and already had holes in it. The are abandoned apartments all over the place that people have vandalized. For the time we were there about 5 people had their windows broken out (including us) by only God knows who and the apartments do not offer any kind of assistance. Just whatever you do, run from here.. dont even waste your time looking. They should be shut down. As a matter of fact let me go look into that now. RUN RUN RUN RUN Oh and edith the manager is a pure you know what.

This by far has been the worst place I have lived in the manager Summer is a cold hearted money hungry lady that does not care about the residents she is leasing to. I have paid over $1,000 in towing fees do you think if I had that kind of money I would be leaving in the rundown apartments. You ask e them to fix something it??s been three months and it is still broken the burner in my stove only two work and when I moved in there were so many roaches I had to fumigate myself . You ask her for something or tell her something she laughs in your face and throws papers at you like if you were an animal. She is disrespectful and rude. People please think twice before leasing here I still have a few more months before my leas is over but you can count on that I will not renew my leas.
