My name is Summer Settle and I am the new Property Manager for Huntington Circle. Huntington has been down a very bumpy road over the past few years with a foreclosure, uncaring management companies ect ect. That has all CHANGED! We are MC Residential of Texas. The problem was not with the staff; MBS never put money back into the property. The only way HC will ever have a comeback is by having a complete renovation inside and out. Cosmetic does not count. The plumbing, electric wiring, air vents, black mold inside the walls and units, and much-much more all needs to be taken care of. I know so much about that property, I even know Jim and Jason from the city! Best of luck!!
