I was mislead about the features...the apartment that i saw was nice for the price, but when i signed my lease i was told that apartment was not available (i signed my lease 2 days later). you can't get cable, so you have to get a 200.00 satelite (that's installation). The only leasing lady is ridiculious. she works on commission, so when its time for her to get her bonus...you'll know because she sends out a notice reminding u to pay your rent on time so that she can recieve all of her bonus. Its very hard to move out, because (she works on commission) she lies about your payment history so that other apartments will deny u...and the only way to prove that she is lying is to get a reciept even if you write a check...she can say that you put the wrong date on the check..you rent was still late. they have't cleaned the pool since i've been living there. meintance is good. Overall, problem is the leasing agent. Don't move in--unless she stops working on comission.
